School Fees - September 2025
Tuition (including lunch):
8:50am - 3:30pm - £4,195 per term (inclusive of VAT)
Breakfast Club:
8:00am - 8:50am - £5.24 per day (breakfast served 8:00am - 8:30am)
After School Club:
3:30pm - 5:45pm - £11.10 per day (tea served 4:30pm - 5:00pm)
Holiday Club (provide own packed lunch):
9:00am - 3:30pm - £39.37 per day
Additional charges will include school trips, music lessons, swimming lessons etc. (See terms and conditions for details)
Nursery Fees -September 2025
Term time (including breakfast, lunch & tea)
Daily rate (minimum 2 days) (8:50am - 3:30pm) - £86.65 per day
Daily rate (minimum 2 days) (8:00am - 5:45pm) - £103.26 per day
Holiday Club A - 8:50am - 3:30pm - £86.65 per day
Holiday Club B - 8:00am - 5:45pm - £103.26 per day
Payment & Childcare Vouchers
Fees are due on the first day of term but, as a concession, can be paid by monthly standing order (1st of month) and the amount payable being based on amortising the total annual fees over 12 months. The new fees commence from the 1st September 2025.
Childcare vouchers can be used against school fees up to and including the term in which a child turns 5. Vouchers can also be used for payment of Breakfast Club or after School Care until the child leaves Orchard.
